Can you cook fish in the microwave? Yes! This easy recipe shows you how.

There’s a neglected appliance hanging out in your kitchen that you’ll want to dust off for this recipe. I’ve opted to do the unheard of — I’m using the microwave for more than just popcorn and leftover reheating. I discovered this truly amazing quick-and-easy way to cook fish from the seafood department at my local Publix. I was so skeptical the first time I tried it. But friends… I promise you. You’ll be amazed the first time you cook fish in the microwave.

It turns out moist, not-overcooked and just the right amount of flakiness… and in like 3 minutes!! Seriously… I may never cook fish in the oven again. It’s just too easy not to love. (And if you don’t believe I’m legit, check out this recipe for fish in the microwave by my friends over at CookingLight.)

So please consider giving your microwave a chance. This could be dinner on your table tonight.
