The ultimate family favorite dessert, this Smores Bread Pudding is as easy as it is delish!

I learned something over the weekend. A lot of what makes a dish appealing to a child isn't even what it looks or tastes list. It's what you call it.
My oldest (picky) son has never been willing to try chicken salad. Or at least not until I offered him Curried Chicken Salad.
As futile as it can feel sometimes, I continue to offer foods that I anticipate he won't try 1) because experts say repeatedly exposing a child to a food is the first step to getting them to try it and 2) I've seen this prove itself true in my own home with Brussels sprouts and guacamole. It usually goes like this, though: "Son, do you want XYZ" and of course he says, "No thank you." Then life goes on.
But Sunday, with a fresh bowl of curried chicken salad requested by MrReganMillerJonesInc for lunch, I offered him some not thinking he'd ever give it a try. Low and behold, he gave an enthusiastic "Sure! I'll try it" and my lame response was "Really? You'll try it? Why?"
Because one of his favorite basketball players is Steph Curry.
Huh. Okay, well, whatever works.
Bread Pudding is not one of those dishes that you have to twist my arm to eat, but if you find yourself confronted with any type of bread pudding avoider, may I suggest S'mores Bread Pudding to ease them into a wonderful dessert:

It's beyond easy. So tasty. And has a name that screams "Family Favorite! You're gonna wanna try this!"

S’mores Bread Pudding
- 6 slices whole grain bread. cubed
- 2 cups Golden Grahams cereal
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup whole milk yogurt
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Greek Yogurt Frosting*
- Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips and frosting) in a large bowl. Let stand 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spoon mixture into a small baking dish coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
- Drizzle with *Greek Yogurt Frosting.
Note: Nutritional Information does not include frosting.
