Lately I've been focusing a lot on healthy fats. As an RD, I'm happy to see that the low-fat and fat-free craze is fading and that people are starting to be less afraid of adding healthy fats to their diet. I've been focusing it on it particularly with my toddler because it really helps fill him up!
I'm working on a blog post of my own about my ten favorite healthy fats, but if you were to ask me my very favorite, I'd probably say avocado. It's so deliciously versatile that you can use it in everything from breakfast to dessert recipes!
