If you know me, you know I'm a huge advocate of food prep on the weekends to make weekdays easier. I tend to prep things for dinners and snacks because I enjoy breakfast and it's easy for me to make it a priority.
However, I know there are a lot of people out there who would choose extra sleep over breakfast any day of the week. They're often rushing around in the morning and they need breakfasts they can grab and take with them as they head out the door.
