It's not every day you get asked to write a guest post for one of your ALL TIME FAVE BLOGS.
But today is that day.
I've been a Real Mom Nutrition fan for as long as I can remember reading blogs. Sally's blog has provided me with so much good advice over the years for feeding my family. And most importantly. Sally provided me with a sense very early on in motherhood that as an RD, I don't *always* have to *get it right* or be perfect in feeding my family.
And as a self-proclaimed Sally Super Fan, I was SO thrilled when she asked me to guest post on her blog today to elaborate on a topic she'd heard me discuss on my podcast recently.
If you're a listener of my podcast you know that one of my most recent episodes details a fellow RD's strategy on producing freezer meals for her family -- enough to carry them through an entire quarter with basically little to no weeknight meal prep!
Can. You. Imagine.
Well, I couldn't. But I COULD imagine using a portion of what I learned from my guest in that episode and creating my own freezer meals strategy.
And it's changed my life.
Honestly. Dinner is SO much less stressful these days.
It's not elaborate or complicated. But it is worth explaining. And that's exactly what I'm doing today over on Sally's blog. Head over to Real Mom Nutrition to check it out!
