If you were to ask me to name three foods that are always in my fridge, even when I haven't been to the grocery store in 2 weeks, I'd say peanut butter, salsa and eggs.
Eggs are absolutely a staple in my diet. They're easy to cook, a great source of protein and healthy fats and are so incredibly versatile. While they are most traditionally viewed as a breakfast food, I'm a huge proponent of eating them for lunch, dinner and snacks as well!
