Today we're going to have a little chat about blenders. If you're anything like me, you probably have one sitting in a cabinet or pantry somewhere collecting dust. Perhaps you drag it out occasionally over the summer to whip up a smoothie....but that's about it.
Am I right? Well, I have some good news. There is SO much more you can do with blenders than just make a smoothie. They're perfect for whipping up batter for things like pancakes, waffles and muffins and also great for pureeing soups and sauces and making nut milks and nut butters. Have you tried making any of these things?
