I don't know if you've noticed or not, but recipes in bowls have become increasingly popular lately. And I'm not just talking about soup. Meals like these vegetarian power bowls are quickly rising in popularity for several reasons:

They're healthy, packed with protein, easy to assemble and can be eaten for dinner, packed for lunch or even thrown together for breakfast!

While power bowls can also be made with meat, these 100+ Vegetarian Power Bowls are a great way to add some vegetarian protein sources to your diet! Made with everything from tofu to lentils and packed with vegetables, they're perfect for those trying to add more meatless meals to their diet.
