10 Recipes for Overnight Oats

If you missed all the creative ways Recipe ReDux members were cooking with Oats last week, be sure to check out this post. It hit me, though, as I was reading through those posts that so many people still aren't familiar with overnight oats. And that's a shame! I know the first time I heard about "cold oatmeal" I was less than enthused. But photographing them for a client, I was forced to explore... and I'm so glad I did! Overnight oats are a refreshing change to your traditional bowl of oatmeal. So we've rounded up our favorites here from Healthy Aperture... and added a few bonuses at the end for those of you who still can't make the cold switch. Enjoy!
