How To Make Boiled Peanuts

Yield

Ingredients

  • 1 (24-ounce) bag in-shell RAW peanuts
  • 5 tablespoons Kosher salt
  • Water to cover

Directions

  1. Rinse peanuts in a colander; place in a slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and cover completely with water. Cook on HIGH 8 to 12 hours or until desired degree of doneness.
