There comes a point in every summer where zucchini reaches its peak. That time is coming. I would guess that within the next few weeks, your gardens and grocery stores will be overflowing with these green giants. 

So what should you do with them? If you want to be super trendy, you'll make zoodles. If you're feeling nostalgic like me, you'll probably make some zucchini bread that reminds you of your childhood summers. If you're still feeling uninspired, this post is for you!
