If I'm being 100% honest, I don't think I even tasted a quiche until I was about 25 years old. I was a pretty picky eater growing up and scrambled with plain toast was pretty much the only way I was interested in eating eggs for many years. 

After I graduated from college, I slowly started becoming a bit more adventurous in the eating department and I believe it was a bridal shower when I finally gave quiche a try. I don't remember exactly what kind it was, but there were vegetables, a delicious crust and a lot of cheese. It was heavenly. 

Quiches are perfect for breakfast, brunch or dinner. They're an easy way to start your morning with vegetables, a great way to use up leftover meat and can be made with or without a crust depending on your taste preferences. 

I rounded up several healthy quiche recipes that would be perfect for your next brunch, family gathering, baby shower or any other special event you may have on the calendar!
