We all know how expensive healthy eating can be. Food prices seem to be increasing every day and if you're not careful, your grocery bill can get out of control fairly quickly. 

It can be a challenge to find healthy meals that won't break the bank but also taste delicious. It takes a little planning, but the good news is that I've done some of the work for you! Here are 28 healthy, budget-friendly meals that are nutritious and packed with flavor. 

I've divided them into four categories: eggs, vegetarian, meat-based and soups. Many of these recipes can be made ahead of time and enjoyed all week! They're also a great way to add more vegetables to your diet and help you save a few dollars at the grocery store.
