Chili Roasted Chickpeas

Yield

Makes 1 cup (4 servings)

Ingredients

  • 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained well
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Toss all ingredients together in a medium bowl; spread on foil or parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until crisp. Let cool and serve.
