Breakfast has always been my favorite meal of the day. Some nights I actually go to sleep excited to wake up because it means I'll get to eat breakfast. That being said, if there's one meal that's better than breakfast, it's brunch. 

Brunch means sleeping in and lazy weekend mornings. It means all you can eat buffets and time with friends and family. Brunch is perfection. Am I right?!

With Mother's Day fast approaching, I've had brunch on the brain for a while now. While there are plenty of unhealthy recipes out there that are traditionally associated with this meal, I decided to round up some deliciously healthy recipes that are certain to be a hit at your next brunch.
